Which Setup would be better

Hi guys

I want to upgrade my speaker setup in my room. im currently using a logitech x-230 system.

my budget is 5k and i have come down to two options

1)Corsair SP2200 (~5.5k)

2)Logitech Z-506 (~5k)

now i know that the corsair is a 2.1 system and the logitech a 5.1.

i cant decide between the two.

i have a small room and i will use it mostly for movies/videos rather than games

i will be using it with my sig rig

i am also open to other alternatives

^^ The Corsair SP 2200 and its elder sibling the SP 2500 [correct me if I'm wrong] have got a lot of positive coverage for their sound and lack of distortion at high volumes, but for movies / videos a 5.1 set-up is better suited.

The final call is yours to take but in my views the Logitech Z-506 will suit your needs better.

what is recommended for me.

which sound card would you advise?

currently have some old creative sb card whose model no. i don't remember.all i remember is its not 64bot compatible and i want a nice sound card for movies.
