PC Peripherals Which shop will u suggest ???

ok...all the mumbai ppl(outstation members can help aswell:p ) out here..pls help me out...my bro is goin to be upgrading his pc...so today we had been to lammy...following are the prices quoted by prime, cassette world and mahavir respectively...

Prime:
q6600 -> 11.2 k
abit ip35 pro -> 10.7 k :S
wd 500gb -> 5.35 k
all website prices :(

Cassette World:
q6600 -> 11.25 k
abit ip35 pro -> n/a
wd 500gb -> 5.25 k

Mahavir:
q6600 -> 10.9 k :S
abit ip35 pro -> 9.2 k :S
wd 500gb -> 5.1 k :S

now what i'm really confused about is that why is Mahavir quoting so less compared to others...while it seems to be a no brainer but will you ppl recomend me buyin from him cos i have neva bought anything from him in the past...also any other suggestions/recomendations for shops are welcome...waiting for your valuabe suggestions...:)
also i'll have a talk with phoenix regarding abit IP35 pro...:cool2:

^^^I guess phoenix is from mahavir..

I'm not sure but he's a regd dealer and a trusted retailer in TE forums..

Phoenix quoted the same price fer the iP35 Pro...

Get most of the stuff from him...
 
^^^ even i have bought stuff from phoenix...yes, he is a registered dealer out here...but no, he'z not from mahavir :p besides phoenix doesnt deal in processors and hdd... :) else i would have bought everything from him :p

Hey check Rahul_Varma from theitwares as well.. He's good rates as well..

Get the rest from Mahavir if the prods're genuine and with appropriate wrnty.

Btw I got most of my stuff frm PRIME...
 
yea...even i get stuff from prime...:) but since mahavir was quoting me so less i felt asking members opinion out here who all have bought stuff from mahavir before...

it really does not mater which shop u buy frm.....

the stuff basically comes frm same supplier......

just make sure u ask then where to contact in care of faulty device....

most shopkeepers accept 7 day replacement policy.....

I have been shopping at Mahavir (it it's the one towards the Grant Road station) for the past 3-4 years. It is a trustworthy place.
I have even taken a couple of cables from there and said that I would return them within a week if they weren't what I was looking for, and he agreed. [Though this was after I shopped ther a few times]

The only thing is, their prices on Graphics cards are a bit higher than others.
