WD Blue has lower power consumption than the other ssd. But all three of them are great, just go with whichever is cheaper.

I am currently using 2 crucial Mx 500, one on laptop, other on desktop on a slower machine(Sata1.5).
No complaints whatsoever.
If you can get hold of Samsung the all the better.
1. Samsung.
2. CRUCIAL.
3. WD.
Btw, this is my experience with Sata drives. I don't think there should be much difference with M.2 unless going for NVME.

I am using Samsung 860 EVO 500GB SATA 2.5" Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-76E500) bought in January,15th, 2018 for my then MSI i5 7300 laptop and still going strong. Used HDD to SSD samsung tool to transfer Win8 to my laptop without any problem.
