Car & Bike Which sunfilm for my Swift?

Summers are here and so is the need for sunfilm.

Could any one suggest what are my options(4W + Rear) in medium price range. Also any preferred dealers in and around North West Delhi.

one of local vendor quoted 1600 for RE50 + RE70 combo. (+200 if I wanted 3M team to install). I searched the net and found the quote to be much higher

Just for the group.

Yesterday I got the film installed. Its 3M RE50/70 combo(sides + Rear). I couldn't negotiate beyond 3200/- . It comes in a Kit (pre-cut). (Regular versions of sunfilm comes in big rolls)

Also I checked RE70 for front windshield - It is for 4000 which seems to be overpriced. Garware cool SRC is for 1500.

I got a Garware screen which comes with a minimum visibility certificate which you need as Delhi and NCR cops are always waiting to extort money from you on base of screen films

^ Usually the cops in VVIP roads/areas have light intensity guns to measure the same and rest all places it is upto the cop what he wants

For legal issues, garware films have visibility percentage printed in the screen itself, so you can ask the installer to keep a portion of it on the windows itself. Of course you can stick the certificate also.

It increase the value of car by 0.01% hyeah:

Naa its too smalll to ask for more...but its good to have rather than not having it...because when u sell your car the other person will always cry ill have to do this kharcha and that etc and will reduce car cost by 1-2k

How long does sunfilm last on average ?

Dunno, this desire for sunfilm must be a regional thing, I did a survey of cars (about 30) parked on my road and less than 10% had any sunfilm. That means if i got it done chances are good i'd be told to have it removed. That won't be free will it.
