Till now I have been using the supplied TIM that came with my cooler. I feel by changing to a different TIM my cooler's performance will improve. Which TIM is the best?
Plz help guys. :S

arctic MX-2 is probably the most universally accepted/loved TIM (AS5 loses out since it is electrically conductive).

Also if possible get your hands on OCZ Freeze. I used it and it was awesome and gave me very good performance. I preferred OCZ Freeze to MX-2 (Donno about it's availability now).

I was using Arctic Silver 5 till recently. I switched over to Tuniq TX-2.

AS 5 costs twice as much as TX-2 but TX-2 has similar performance to AS 5.

so far i think my shorlist is as follows:

1. acrtic mx-2

2. OCZ freezer

3. AS 5

4. tunic tx-2

5. sunbeam tx-3

out of the above i could only find AS 5 and sunbeam tx-3 in stock in pABGB. amarbir has mx-2 in stock but only the 30g tube.

So guys which one do you think i should go for?

MX-2 is easily available in shops at Laminton Road. I have bought one and is doing its job nicely.
IMHO TX3 and TX4 too are good options if you are interested in free shipping :P.

any shop selling those, online, other than prime and itwares?(both dont have stock)

besides,tx4 is just 50 rs over it,and is purported to be a mx4 rebrand,so,its better?
