Who delivers Hong Kong post parcel in India

I ordered something from Hongkong and they have shipped via Hong Kong post. The product has been shipped via sea on 18 july. So who will deliver the parcel to my house? And any idea how much time it will take for the parcel to arrive at my place?
 
It will be done by the Indian Post Office. Nothing can be said about the time.

Usually it comes within 1 month easily.

I received a parcel from Hong Kong Post Airmail today and the total time taken was 20 days, it may take anywhere between 10-30 days depending upon holidays as Indian postal department and customs department are involved, But this is for Hong Kong Airmail everyone is talking about, don't have any idea about Sea/Ship mail.
 
I had one parcel delivered yesterday after 18 days from HongKong. So it might take 3 weeks to reach you.
