Who runs, owns, operates TechEnclave?

I did a whois techenclave.com and the domain is registered via WhoisGuard/Panama registration.
MX record shows Google Mail.
Amazon for DNS.
It's hosted on Amazon as well.

So is TechEnclave American/run by americans? Who owns the servers - company, private individual? With Erodov gone, I was wondering if there are any wholly Indian operated boards?

ah! yes - cool! thank you very much seshu! (i've been looking for a place for general discussion by Indians, for Indians - Reddit's not ideal for this) Reddit's great for technical stuff like Optics and Engineering but not so great when it comes to anything relate to India and the computer hardware forums there are kind of dodgy anyhow (for us).
