So the party I support on the national front does not have a ticket here. (BJP), instead they have given the ticket to a local goon (with a couple of cases registered) from Shiv Sena.

I do not agree with Shiv Sena's political views, and moreso I am not gonna vote for a goon, no matter which party he represents.

Now the probables:

a. Milind Deora (Cong): Though I am not a big fan, of the party, the guy seems relatively genuine. Also the idea of a third front govt scares me no end, so am biased towards Congress this time around :@

b. Professional party of India: Though a noble cause, will be a waste of my vote.

c. An independent candidate who is also ABN AMRO's country head. (My logical choice, but again I feel the vote will be wasted as she doesnt stand a chance, without a big ticket.)

And please dont give that crappy reply from mass mails "I vote for no one." Infact do a favour to all idiots, and reply all to "STFU morons" :bleh: to those mails.

Is that ind. candidate, Meera Sanyal? Saw her on TV the other day, seemed to be a sincere woman.

Milind Deora is a decent guy as well. One of few promising young leaders in the Congress. He would win, I think.

No gujjus standing here.

I'm voting for Rawale.. he's going to win anyway, with Parel/Sewree as part of the Mumbai-South seat this time round.

Congress? Ack-thoo... waiting for Maino-memsaab to keep the PM's gaddi warm for Raul baba? No freaking chance. Anyway, the Congress is running scared.. the NDA is forming the next government, based on feedback from Karnataka, AP and Bihar.. the Turd Front doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell either.

Lol, actually they should have given Jaywantiben a chance again :)

Rawale is a crook, but I dont think he will make it even with Parel & Sewree included. Cause Mohmmad ali road, coupled with Bhendi bazaar et all is a Cong stronghold. Dont look at pure area, but look at the population density there...

No matter for whom you vote, mark my words. This time Mayawati will be the PM, albeit, for a period of 1 year or less and India will be doomed. I hope people go and vote for either the Congress or the BJP and stop voting for regional parties and independents and save India.

India has survived much worse than Mayawati. If her getting elected is the worst that could happen, then I'd like to see it.

If Mayawati becomes the PM , ill have to think of ways to get myself deported from India

if that happens, we're f**ked.

The first things that would be on here agenda:
1. Find out ways to use the CBI, IB & RAW to eliminate Mulayam, Amar Singh, Sonia and Advani.
2. Introduce reservation >80%
3. Pass bills and ordinances to ensure that every tax payer contributes towards her party fund.
4. Make life miserable.

I fear, however speaking of local election, I will give my vote to the BJP. I think BJP showed some cajones when they were in power last time. Even the local guy, Kirit sommaiya for me, seems to be a decent choice. He is educated and seems dedicated.

I Have 2 choice...frm my shop place...where i used to stay earlier priya dutt is a candidate...whereas frm my home side all idiots stand.....dont know..if some frnd comes for company to vote..will try to see how 49-O option works....even i want to come in limelight..lol

Btw i too saw cnn-ibn interview......and ya meera sanyal looks to b perfect...but she wont make big...but she certainly is much deserving than both...btw how come rawale frm your side??Its mahesh jethmalani na??frm south..bjp one?

Jethmalani is fighting Priya Dutt. Fight the good fight, Mahesh!

Anyway, Sahil..who're you voting for?

Can anyone please tell me in which constituency does Dadar (Hindu Colony), come or is there any website which has all the info about this.

Mostly, I would be voting for Meera Sanyal. I cannot vote for a SS goon :(

I think Rawale, will have a fight on his hands in the form of that BSP candidate Mohmmad ali who has almost all the docks votes... Dont see Milind Deora winning this one... Infact his educated votes will be divided by Proffesional party of India and Meera Sanyal...
