Wi-Fi doesn't have a valid IP configuration error

@Nitendra Singh @Silent47Assassin
Made my mood to run the system restore but now the restore point dated 6th July isn't there. Is Windows deleting the older, maybe 10 days or more, restore points automatically? FML :( Edit- The type of the 6th July restore point was system and the rest of the types is install. What does this mean? Can we try repairing Windows by restoring it to default settings or by a pendrive via rufus?
System Restore.jpg

Got this error when I tried to restore the 11th july backup. I think the 6th July one was auto deleted due to free space limit.
There is an event viewer in Windows it shows only 1 critical error which was on 16th july when the system froze and I turned it off and then it was started, forgot to take its ss.
Need help one last time, have windows recovery dvds that I got with this laptop can those be used to repair/fix this? Want to save sometime.
If not then please share link for the latest windows home iso, drivers for hp ab522tx only the one's which are needed to be installed.
Also will use a pendrive so the whole procedure of installing via pd using rufus.

Is there a way to reset windows using their inbuilt software? If yes then how? Will it vanish all files in c:?

Resetting will wipe all installed stuff like office games tools etc.
I will strongly advise to seek help of your IT team in this regards as you have done enough or way too more research and Rnd here and your only last try will be to cleanly format and install windows.

Willing to follow this by keeping my files and if it doesn't work then a clean reset
Just a quick question, does this method require windows 10 installation cd or pendrive? I mean will it ask for Windows 10 installation file during the process?

No. But no harm keeping a installation pendrive or media ready just for those unfortunate situations..
I don want to break your hopes or anything but even a reset isnt 100% guaranteed because if something is already broken in the core, the reset actually performs by restoring itself from those core system files itself.
But yeah no harm trying as till now you have already tried almost the entire google.

It does so as the amount of space available to store restore points is limited per partition. Deletion is not time based though. Depends on how much of the allocated storage quota is available. Can be adjusted via the slider on the restore configuration page.
have windows recovery dvds
This will probably reinstall more than just the OS as these recovery DVDs are typically system drive images. Beware though, you may lose all your partitions (replaced by stock config) if that's the case.
latest windows home iso
Use the Windows Media Creation Tool from Microsoft. That will always give you the latest image. It can directly create a bootable flash drive so no need for Rufus. But before this, make sure you have the activation details and all software specific licenses and keys noted down, else will lose them forever.

A reset is probably the smart thing to do.

There are multiple ways. One is from the Settings app, another would be running a repair installation from a bootable media.

Contrary to popular belief, Media Creation Tool doesn't always give you the latest image. For example, the current ESD (Electronic Software Delivery) packages offered by Microsoft through MCT are based on the 19043.928 build - a release that was compiled back in April. The latest MVS and/Techbench ISOs, on the other hand, are newer in comparison cause they are based on the 19043.1052 build, i.e. the June CU release.

there were two versions of this , in USb form and pCIE card , update the driver from this site ,w.r.t to the wi-fi device that you use

The driver hosted on Realtek's website is quite old. @becool773 has the PCIe variant of the card (in the form of a M.2 module) and the latest available WHQL driver for the Wi-Fi portion of it is 2024.0.10.222 (via SP113268).

i completely acknowledge but sometimes old drivers work well , i had similar issues with intel i had to roll back from latest drivers ,windows 10 most of the time starts acting up

Reset seem to have solve this but all my files are gone besides the fact that I chose to keep the files. Anyways few issues a new admin account has been auto created

I can disable it using the cmd method as shown here https://www.technipages.com/windows-administrator-account-login-screen but the same stays there on the lock screen. It vanishes from the user accounts also https://www.hellotech.com/guide/for/how-to-delete-administrator-account-windows-10

Anyways this admin account is the reason that I am getting errors like this while installing softwares from my primary and only account
How to fix delete this administrator account?

This article says to fix it with gpedit.msc When I run this command I get this error Reset not done properly?

yes, Group policy editor isn't available on windows home edition.

As I can understand you've disabled admin account, it's fine.
but your user account should have administrative rights or should be a part of administrators group.

@Titokhan @Nitendra Singh

Thanks. Even if I disable it using that cmd command it stays on the lock screen and it keeps on showing here

I have to log into the admin account everytime if some apps are blocked. How to delete this admin account which I don't need so that the main account with the admin rights?

Want to delete the highlighted user account

Edit-
Admin account deleted via the cmd command although it is mentioned that is it is not for Windows 10 Home Edition, method one

Still getting this error for many installers

How to fix the same?

As I can see your local user account is already a part of administrator group. I don't think there is any need to mess with the registry or change some settings in group policy editor, login with your local user administrator account and just disable administrator account from computer management local users and groups.

Sorry for the late reply, wasn't well. The system was fine for the last couple of days after the reset but the same problem started today. Windows 21H1 update, KB4023057, installed on 20.07.21 and KB5004237 auto installed on 21.07.21. Current OS build 19043.1110

I was installing softwares one by one just to be sure and everything worked. Installed Tunnel Bear vpn yesterday and everything was fine. But when I booted today the same problem started though it showed me ipv4 address in the properties. Diagnosed and the same error was there that wifi doesn't have a valid ip configuration. Uninstalled Tunnel Bear and restarted and now the ipv4 is gone and the same old ipv6 is there, I mean as shown in the older screenshots.

System Restore didn't create an auto restore point, I have no idea why as I have configured 5% space for the same. How to set it to automatically create restore points?

What should I do?
