Wii in Mumbai - Prices n source ?

Thought of having this thread as my close firend was looking to buy a wii from Mumbai preferably modded or how tough is it to mod it ?
some reliable source who could give testing warranty of say a couple of days and a good price
suggestions people ? also please mention prices please and teh region of teh player (usa or japan or example)
