Want to build a small footprint PC with as low budget as possible, monitor not needed.

Needs :

Download rig with Windows 7 as main and Windows XP as VM - both used for downloading simultaneously via USB modem.

Should have eSATA port for connecting HDD drive bay.

Should have 2 ethernet ports for sharing the contents simultaneously with 2 x HTPCs.This would be done from the Main OS, Windows 7.

Was thinking of going Fusion way, but will the processor be sufficient to meet all demands?Or is a separate way achievable at lesser cost?

Thanx and regards

Any particular reason why you need both Win7 and XP via VMWare. You can always make use of the Windows 7 Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate's XP mode for XP related tasks.

Same question imrahn.

Why both?

Are u planning to use 2 different connections and 2 different download schedules in one machine?
