My son attends his online school on Samsung Galaxy Tab A7 and teacher has mentioned his volume is too low. We too had suspected that since if he tries to ask questions, they cannot hear him.
I did a test at home with me using ipad and he using the Samsung and I feel his voice is slow but not a lot low. The mic holes are open fine too on the Samsung.
When we swapped devices in our test and I told him to use the iPad, it worked great and I could hear him load and clear.
Can anyone tell me if buying an external mic that goes to the 3.5mm port of the tablet help me fix this situation?
If yes then can anyone suggest me a mic?
