who thinks AMD will be in our future consoles if so how good do you think it would be if it did have an AMD CPU... i think it would be good with an AMD Athlon FX in an Xbox 360
Maybe AMD will build a custom built CPU like the way they did for Laptops... They can as well do it if the market stays hot and there is space for another player...
Microsoft and sony are friends with Intel and other such chip makers, AMD would need to make a really sweet custome consol CPU if they want a share of the console market.
Who told you that console CPU's are totally different from computer CPUs? That used to be true, now they are variations on regular PC CPUs. Also, IBM rules currently because of its excellent design services.
