basically go for a good monitor of 1600x900 resolution

and when the card starts showing signs of tiredness after 3 years, simply sell it and buy a new one(i guess cards after 3 years in 10k budget wud be like HD5970 lol)

BenQ G2220HD is a gr8 VFM monitor (<8K). You can even consider 24" g2420 for 10k+.
