Laptops Will format and install of other OS void the SONY vaio warranty?

I recently bought sony vaio EB14EN lappy which has windows 7 basic and a single partition.
Now I want to :
1.create drive image of this OS and keep it somewhere safe if required in future.
2. then format the C drive and divide the single provided partition into multiple partitions.
3 reinstall windows ultimate on it.

Will doing this void the warranty?
