Yes you will. Rest assured, he won't run away with the dead RAM. I'll drop him a call in some time and let him know.

@Kevin Lane: Sorry, forgot to update this thread. I called him up on Sunday and he said he's in Nasik right now and will return in a day or two. He has the RAM packed up and will dispatch it, as soon as he returns.

@Kevin Lane: Can you PM me your address and contact number? I got a call from Pranay stating he's unable to log into TE for some reason and your address is in his Inbox. If you can pass me the details today, he'll courier it off to you today itself.

well.. i know this is OT.. but looking at this thread, or any other.. why is always the seller "the bad guy"?? you guys even went ahead and started talking about black listing the seller and his account details or whatever.. but what about the buyer?? he has received the refund on 2nd of july, which is like 2 weeks back.. yet no signs of the RAM.. i am not taking sides here, nor i wish to.. but just felt awkward on Mod's POV..
 
I think it is okay kauzy. The seller has been communicated that pranay is out of town and will ship the RAM once he's back. I do believe that pranay has shipped the RAM by now. There has been no update from both the ends!

The reason the thread was in place was because the seller was unable to be contacted over PMs or his personal number for a long time. Besides, since his tapatalk application kept his ID logged in, we were getting a bit curious as to why he wasn't responding to the PMs/posts.

Please understand that as moderators, we aren't being partial to the buyers nor the sellers. :)
 
well @Gannu, i have nothing regarding pranay nor kevin if you see.. :P
just that i feel mod's ( in general :P) are a bit partial towards buyers.. this is just my POV.. no offence meant.. and this ends the OT.. i am out of here :P

Understandable question. The intention was not to de-fame the seller, nor get his account blocked/banned. Since this was Pranay's second purchase from this forum, he was quite concerned about it. I admit he jumped the gun in creating the thread, but this was only after he spoke to the mods for an alternative solution. He had repeatedly followed up with the seller and since no contact was established, he raised his concern via this thread. The good thing that came out of it, was spacey emailing Kevin Lane and informing about this deal. Else, all those PM's and tags would have gone un-noticed. Moderators have a job to do as well. When they spoke about blacklisting the account, it was only when I inquired about the next logical step, in the even that the seller failed to respond to the concern, for a prolonged period. This was the last resort and not an immediate action.

As far as the buyer goes, as I mentioned earlier, he had to leave for Nasik urgently and hence wasn't able to dispatch the RAM. He got back this Firday and wasn't able to access his TE account. So he asked me to pass on Kevin Lane's contact details, which I did. I'm pretty sure he must have dispatched it by now. Looks like both had a bad ordeal in terms of time delay. Hope this clarifies the situation. Also, thanks @Kevin Lane for being so patient. Appreciate it! ;)

@Kevin Lane: Have you received the RAM stick? Do update us so we may close the issue. I guess the two of you may mutually take a call on the iTrust feedback.

@Gannu: He has already dispatched it and I believe he had passed on the tracking details to Kevin Lane too.
