It's Rs 9850/- + 150 ( Shipping charges ) from theitwares.com, there was HIS HD 6850 @ Rs 9500, but i settled for Sapphire.. Perhaps, It will take more 4-5 days to reach me ( shipped by TNT ).. DTDC was really fast ( less than 4 days )

I also have the similar rig like yours.except my proccy is low and screen is high (24inch)..4850 was working fine on my earlier 19incher but now its crying for mercy in HD gaming..I am thinking about moving to 6850 and n get and used E8 proccey or oc my current proccy..what do u say ??
