He says that we will be given soft copy of Win 7 at first (32 or 64 bit is still to be confirmed) - boxed DVD will be sent after few weeks. I expect to get 2 Keys with each key valid for 5 installations (making a total of 10 installations). You would be able to use a key for 120 days without it being counted. So if before 120 days you decide to reinstall the OS then you may do so without worrying about re-activation.
