RTM = Release to Manufacturing, its retail version, how free ? on 13th they start printing it and giving it to OEMs like Dell etc ~.

great news, thought the retail was supposed to be out by oct.

was gonna upgrade to 72xx beta, but will stick with 7100 for a few more days

"RTM" can very well be July 13th... it doesn't mean it will be available in the shops at the same time... it will take weeks for manufacturers to start selling PCs with it, and months for it to show up in retail shops... so the date can be possible so as to make an Oct retail release...

What I am waiting for is some honest independent reviews of the final build.... I simply don't believe all the hype around it, even posted by TE members things like "it runs smooth or just better on my netbook" etc. Of course finally the market will tell us in the form of actual sales for businesses etc.
