Hi

My xp system is infected by spyware.I cleaned up the system using superantispyware. It could delete most of the virus. When i restsrt the system it automatically logging off.I repaired the OS but could not succeed.I cannot format the system and pls advise me to how to solve this problem.

I think the virus is still there. Try with some antivitus. I recommend AVG(free) / Kaspersky(paid). Try cleaning with Malwarebytes. Look for unwanted processes and start-up entries also.

Boot into the save mode desktop. Create a restore point. Run full virus client scan, and run spybot also. Else do a roll-back to a point, where the condition was not persistent.

Do a clean format, I think it's the only way out now. But before that try scanning your PC with online scanners and Malwarebytes.

If you have another PC you could download a software called "Hiren's Boot CD". Google it. Around 200 MB in size download and Write it in a CD. Now boot from CD into a "Mini Windows XP" present in the CD which will allow you to browse you folders and drives and make a back up.

Disable Remote Registry Control. Save your self from Hackers if you have net connection with same system.
