Windows Mobile based phone to run Skype

Need windows mobile based phone which will run skype reliably...have a budget of 20k
Searched quite a few phones online...LG KS20,HTC Artemis, Eten X600 but there is no reliable info saying that these phones can run skype smoothly...

Any info will be helpful... :)
 
LG KS20 n Eten X600 both have 400 mhz processors but reviews online dont confirm or deny if they run skype smoothly...otherwise i would have bought the ks20
