Windows Surface RT reviewed!

Aptly put.
I know i needed to replace my laptop. Earlier i wasn't going for an ultra-book because they were obscenely priced and still a laptop.
But i know i can pay close to 60-70k for a tablet with a dock which can give me the same performance as an ultra-book and is even more portable.
However i would never buy the Windows RT tablets because i know that they won't be enough for my needs, even if they were available for like $300. I would rather spend the $1300 and get something i would use day in and day out.
 
Guys, any info on when/if these Surface RT (or Pro) tablets will be available officially (with warranty etc) in India?

Because I don't think anybody really knows :P

MS is going about very carefully about the Surface - with newly created Surface stores etc. and limited launch as of now. Will have to wait and see. I think we will see Windows 8 laptops before the Surface makes an appearance here.
 
The problem is the tablet version of windows 8(Rt) is yet not stable.
Also the desktop version was having reboot issues with latest nvidia drivers.Hence its all slow downed and not happening in a big way.

I also thought everything will roll out as soon as it releases.But they trying to play too safe.
