Wireless headphone with Mic + Bluetooth dongle (PC does not supports bluetooth)

Looking to buy a budget friendly and good Wireless headphone with Mic and Bluetooth dongle as My PC doesn't has Bluetooth connectivity.
Headphone will be used for regular work on PC. (to dictate notes & work along with Google Voice Typing)
On mobile for conference (hardly once a month, so both speakers + mic.
Should have volume control
Should be able to connect/disconnect calls without touching mobile
My budget max goes upto 3000 (prefer under 3K)

Here are some options I found online (but those are without Bluetooth dongle, seller claims Bluetooth dongle can be attached to PC to get this working, can someone guide which dongle shall work with same ?

boat Rockerz 600 - https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/products/rockerz-600 for 1800 (comes under my budget)
boat Nirvanaa 751 ANC - https://www.boat-lifestyle.com/products/751-anc?variant=39580320170082 for 4000 (comparatively high)

Please suggest other options too possibly under my budget.

You should get a USB extension cable if you are using any dongle as that will allow you to place it in front and give the best range and signal quality.

Nobody sells bluetooth dongles with headphones. You can buy any branded dongle online and that should work. There's one tp link dongle in trade section for 300.

I doubt there are any good non-BT wireless headphones with mic, heck no great BT options as well, just ok ones. I was looking to move to wireless from HyperX Stinger, but decided it is best to live with wire.

For you, as suggested earlier, literally just search tp bluetooth dongle on amazon, costs 500-600. Cheaper ones are like 200-300 for new.

That is BT 5.0.

I was thinking about getting this once upon a time:

Also, I sometimes get issues with my OP Bullet Z on windows 10, like when I use its mic, earphones become mono instead of stereo, my PC has BT 5.2. This was another reason I dropped BT headphone idea.

This seemed to be the cheapest one that could meet my requirement, but expensive:

Boom mic means clear voice, works for dictation and others hearing you. It's detachable too. Since its close to your mouth less need for noise cancelling

Missing a mute button though which would have made it killer :(

Where is your USB port located ?
Usb 2.0 (four ports) back side of cabinet - will use this
Front Usb 3.0 usb (2 ports, of no use)

So if usb port is at the back and your dongle is there then BT connection will not be good.

Hence you need an extension USB cable with a female end to attach the dongle so that dongle is closer to you.

Choose how much length you need. 6 or 9 feet.

It works with a dongle if you see this review

But realise that USB3 is better to avoid interference than USB 2. If you can use the front ports then you could get away with a shorter extension cable or not need one at all.
