Razer has a 2 year warranty cover for mice bruv :) happy gaming

Razer Warranty Policy | Razer | For Gamers. By Gamers.â„¢

-- The side buttons are the ones which are missing like in Death Adder/ Steelseries Ikari/ Logitech MX 518 < has them behind scroll wheel if I'm not wrong >

-- and the mechanical adjustment buttons on base are for changing the sensitivity or polling rate of the mouse like the EoL Razer Salmosa I have.

I don't have my Salmosa with me in Ahemdabad so here are some mouse photos to clarify the situation

Polling is the rate at which the mouse sends or receives data to-fro via USB with the Computer a higher polling rate coincides with faster response times

DPI/ CPI take it whichever way you call it is the sensitivity of mouse sensor to detect the movements < so higher DPI means more accurate tracking, not always though a bad logic interpretor( camera sensor ) can effectively screw things up yet :) >

i am using the logitec MK250 since june this year... the keyboard's battery is yet to drain out! i usually leave the pc ON overnight... i am not an expert to really make out minor flaws, but i couldn't feel any lag or inconsistent response from the keyboard so far even while playing games... the mouse battery drains based on usage... its better to leave it off when not using... i use sanyo eneloop rechargable battery for the mouse... if mouse is left ON always and with weekly usage of around 60hrs, it lasted for almost 6wks...

Got my MX518 today. This would probably be my first gaming mouse. It feels really huge for my palm, so the gripping seems to be a bit of a problem for now. I guess it will go off with constant usage. Love the looks and feel of the mouse. Installed the Logitech Desktop manager. Soon after I closed it's system tray icon, the sensitivity switching buttons doesn't seem to work. Guess I'll have to fiddle around a lil bit.
