I need a wireless router for gaming in hostel. The rooms of my friends are all within 50 feet radius of my room. There will be no file sharing involved. What would be the best router for my need?

There is no such thing as "wireless router for gaming", you can play any game smoothly on any router, mention your budget so I can provide some options
