PC Peripherals Woofer and Amp Choice.. Help me out

Hey guys.

I just wanna know which SubWoofer and Amp to buy for my Car.

12" ideal.

AMP .. Something to go well with the Subwoofer.

I got 2 x 6 by 9 Pioneers Speakers in there already. They 2 Speakers rock.

Oh, its a Palio. So it shud fit nicely in the trunk :).

What is yor budget- amp/sub/amp+sub??
Me think you get Active as well as Passive subs for cars too!!
Also you want Sub with enclosure or without??
will ask pals- one is audio buff, other into hi-end audio business!!:)

I have a Pioneer something. I 4got the model no. 4x50w soemthing... CD player...8 - 10k for the Sub+Amp.

Casing, i will get done.

Infact im heading to lamington road on friday gonna find out more there too..
 
theres a sub+amp value combo from pioneer itself..costs around 12k..dont know the model no. tho.

btw..i have a pioneer system in my car too...and it has kevlar-diaphragm speakers (huh?)...:bleh:
 
Yeah, me too. I have a Pioneer in the WagonR and its Ok...

I would recommend Blaupunkt or Sony Xplod, the Xplod series r0ck totally !
 
Ok, ive narrowed down my Choice to Sony XPlod.

Now which one?

This isnt there on the India XPlod webbie. But its there in a Catalouge i got from Sony.
They both fit together nicely.
These are going in my Innova.
Innova's Stock Speakers rock too. So will use them itself.
Will just send the signal back thru amp to deck and then speakers...
Only Woofer will be conected to the Amp. :).

So it is a good choice??

Plus a Box for the Woofer will cost me 1500 Bux and 1000 bux for Wiring.
So it adds up to 14000-15000 approx.

I myself was thinking of a Kicker or Lightning Audio Woofer.

But well, XPlod is much better looking @ Specs.
