One question Anish,

Why did u go for foam:

1. For noise reduction?

2. Will it not provide capacitance? Considering that they have tendency to absorb moisture?

I like your idea very much. However I am planning it in a different way. The whole setup would be part of furniture cabby. I see that you have Marantz, can you share its details?

Its been running super smooth for the past 2 months. Max uptime was a month and a half before which I had to shut down briefly to move some equipment.

Will be adding a new WD 640 for backups, just waiting for KMD to deliver one more 120mm fan for internal cooling and the chrome finish sheet! :)
