I need a 512MB DDR1 Ram ... may be 400 Mhz or lesser used or not used .. for 3-5 years dosen matter ... i need it to work in dual mode with my existing Hynix 512MB DDR400 ... the latency might be 3 3 8 ... i dont kno if its right, am posting a memory info pic too :ohyeah:
 
Its hard to get DDR RAM (even used) for the price you stated as its selling at somewhat of a premium when compared to DDR2 RAM. I was also looking for 512MB DDR 400 sticks a few days back as I wanted to revive my old Athlon 64 Rig and donate it to a poor student.

But the best deals I found here ranged from 700~850 bucks per stick. So I just gave up and bought a new Dynet stick from the market as this is the cheapest available RAM. Cost me 1k finally
 
i have one, its 512 400MHZ dynet, a year old. running perfectly in my system, im upgrading to DDRII.do let me know about it.
 
can give u new 512 ddr 400 for 1650 includin shippin with lifetime warranty

it wont by cheap dynet it wil b zion or transcend

1gb wil cost u 3050with shippin
