ok guys..
after a lot of reviews and research, it looks like N 73 is a phone worth waiting for..
but i do need a phone right away..

so i was thinking of one of those SONY walkman phones for a temp soln, something i could sell for a decent discount in a couple of months when N73 wud be easily available..
which is the best sony pphone out there..
is there a diff in the sound quality of W810i and the k800i
also how is the camera on the W810i
another concern is that i've been hooked on a nokia for like 5 years, wud be too difficult moving to a sony..

also, how is the audio quality on the N70/N72

any help wud be great..
thanks

actually, sony phones arent exactly smartphones.. and if u have been using a symbian nokia phone, it would be hard to move to SOny UI...

K800i is just launched, but as it is not a walkman series phone, i think W810i would have better sound quality. The camera on the W810i is the same as the K750i, so its quite good...

Audio quality on N70 is quite good, N72 no idea, but it is more or same equal to N70 so there shouldn't be a price difference..

Lastly... N73 is definatly a phone worth waiting for if, but it has got an equal in SE K800i .... and N73 is suppossed to be launched in the coming week, so take it a month before it gets here and the expected price for it is 30k +

I would suggest u check out N80 also... its one hell of a phone.. only downer its cam hasnt got Autofocus but fixed focus, which however workd surpisingly well...

Hmmm. I would suggest that you get yourself a k750 right now. And then you can sell it off for a decent price after 3 months and buy n73 .
N70 has got great sound quality but much depends on the headset you are using.
And i do not think you would have problems in migrating to sony ui. It is actually more intuitive and infinitely more beautiful Imho.

it is more intuitive and beautiful all right... but a symbian user would definatly have trouble getting used to it..
