the mobile is required to watch video lectures,read E-books.so something that can support all that with a wide screen.and stereo sound ofcourse!!
and also its for a girl so looks also matter!!

You'll not get anything with a powerful processor for that price. Only newer models that are priced above 20k will have a 400 MHz+ processor and no one would want to sell that for 10k and below. Get the 818Pro and OC the processor to 250 and you'll be good to go :)
 
There is an 02 XDA Stealth if you want for 7500 on the forums. It has a 400 Mhz Intel processor.

In fact most Stealths are going for a decent price now.
 
Er.. a brand new HTC P3400 itself costs around 10k .. since your budget is 9k-stretchable, you could get that..
