WTB: AMD X2 AM2 Socket CPU + 2 x 1GB DDR2 RAM

As the title goes i'm looking for :-

1. AMD X2 AM2 Socket CPU Probably above 3600+ and under warranty.
2. 2 x 1GB or 1 X 1GB DDR2 RAM 667/800 MHZ should be under warranty, with original bill and purchased from mumbai itself do not want any warranty issues this time. [If 2 x 1 GB then both sticks should run in Dual channel mode].

Will prefer to deal with local folks.............
P.S. :- I know that rates of both the CPU & RAM are pretty low nowadays, but i'm lil' short on cash. So please do not spam the thread by suggesting & posting prices of new ones.
