My Suggestion is that you buy a new one with Warranty and all.
As Stated Above An 8400 GS Will Not Cost More Then Rs. 2000.
ATI's range start From Rs. 1650.

I am looking for GT version. Trying to avoid ATI as it has many problems.
 
I have a used 7600 gt gddr3 lying in its box as a backup card.

Price : 2k + shipping.

I have the orig box + bill + accessories .... around 1 year 8 months of indian warranty remaining.
