I need RAM upgrade for my VAIO. Since I do not want to spend a bomb on new Modules, I am looking for a used but in good condition RAM sticks.

Any capacity ahead of 1GB (DDR2) will do.

i have got 2 512 mb ram from dell which i will remove from my laptop and upgrade to 2gb one,let me know if you want,the laptop is less then 4 months old.pm me
