I want to buy a cheap motherboard, RAM and processor. I wanna build a downloading rig which is low on power saving than my previous one. But powerful enough to do general computation and home work.

Motherboard -->
1) should support core2duo processors and further in series.
2) should support DDR2 RAM
3) should have a PCI-E slot for graphics card.

I like G31 chipset quite a bit.. but no preferences.. PM me your offers if you have any, :)
It could be of any company like Foxconn, ECS Elitegroup, Jetway or any other branded ones like Asus, Gigabyte etc... doesn't matter to me.
Processor --> Any cheap one will do but core2duo will be given preference.
I am specially looking for E2140, E2160, E2200 or E5200 or even E4200, E4300 and all those series will do. these are real cheap so I thought a second hand will do it for me :)

Don't know how good celeron's are but you can PM me your offers for them too.

Although Pentium 4 or other processor sellers could also PM me, I will see if they meet my requirements.

E5200 will be given preference any time. :) or if you have any other power saving processor. :)
RAM --> Should be DDR2 based.. thats it :)
Graphics Card --> I would definitely prefer ATI HD4350 or that series of graphics card for obvious reason.

But if you have any other decent power saving card, PM me that too.

I have a ECS GF7100PVT-M3 on sale at Rs 1900 shipped to Delhi, but I will be away till Monday and thats when I can send it.
