Just a suggestion. Instead of paying like 8k for just a single processor that is already obsolete and discontinued, go for the latest AM2 setup by selling your current CPU, Mobo and RAM and go for a Am2 3600+ with a MSI K9N ultra (Nvidia 570 Ultra chipset) for 9k.

Add another 3.5k for 1 GB DDR2 ram. You can easily over clock the 3600+ to arnd 2.8G - 3G easily (since you can up the voltage as well as get a 65 nm chip) which is better than the OPTY. Plus you should get some cash from selling your current setup.

So instead of paying 8k, pay arnd the same and get new stuff that performs the better.

If you want something a tad cheaper, use the ASUS M2N-Mx instead.

I will soon put up my 939 rig : MSI Neo 4 Platinum, Athlon 3000+ and 1 gb ddr 400 transcend RAM for sale..........:hap2:
 
It looks lika a great board but I do have 7600gt graphic card wheras this board has on board graphics. Any other low cost good overclocking mobo with 570 chipset.
 
Dont see any in India at least. But the mobo has a PCI-E slot and it is available.

Plus having an on board graphics is usefull in case your card goes kaput. I have to wait for 3 weeks now without a comp as my mbd lacks onboard graphics. Or else get the MSI mbd I mentioned earlier.
