im looking for a used socket 478 motherboard with an agp 4x slot for my download pc as my previous m/b just died :(

need the agp 8x slot so that i would be able to use my fx 5200 agp lying around

i dont care about warranty on the product, the m/b needs to be in working condition, though i would expect some testing warranty to be provided

if uve got an old mb lying around, just send it over, i'll appreciate it :hap2:

i got one with dead ram slots....friend fried the slots....dumped rams in wrong direction...got original intel 845 board....
 
I can arrange Asus P4GE-MX board from my friend, but he has celeron 2.4ghz cpu and 512mb memory along with it.Let me ask him for MB alone.

yes buddy he is willing to sell whole stuff MB+CPU+RAM+IDE to SATA adapter at 2k near about.Further this board has agp 4x slot.

o bro i need just the mb. i have the cpu - p4 2.4 ghz fsb 533, 512 mb ram.

but my problem is that my motherboard is 845 g without agp 4x.

ask him if can trade his m/b with mine for some money. look as he doesnt have an agp gpu, it wont affect him. but i need an agp board because my 5200 fx is lying around unused. what say?

deal with virus32win didnt work out as his friend wasnt interested in exchanging his mb with mine.
i have a fx 5200 agp for sale now as ive figured that finding a socket 478 agp mb is impossible (this card i wanted to pt in the agp mb i am looking for). im selling it for rs 500, interested ppl can contact me

nopes. excluding shipping. shipping would be something like rs 80 surface (takes 4-7 days), air 120 (2nd day delivery). these r just tentative rates

i also have 2gb ram, p4 3.0ghz HT edition, and Nvidia 7300gt 512mb AGP 8x Card. Any one interested can pm me.

the deal with xtremegforce didnt work out, got a quote of Rs 5,500 + shipping for the socket 478 motherboard. If i was to spend that much on a 4 year old component, i would rather buy a new cpu+mb combo - cpu e2180 Rs 3300 + Gigabyte EP31DS3l - Rs 3100. :D . here will get the additional cpu by spending almost the same amount and the thing will be around 3 times faster. :D
