hey its not difficult run for 10 mins. But jogging is what people do not running to loose weight.
 
75 kgs (5'5) is too much yea overweight .. I am 84 kgs(5'9.5) and yea I am overweight too :p .. basically I will start walking and playing alot of games . will have to sweat my ass out literally ...
 
@Stick: You should get a couple of things right first. You need to get on a good diet. By diet, i don't mean starving yourself. For all it's worth, starving yourself will actually make you put on weight rather than losing it. Eat food that doesn't have too much oil/ghee basically.

As far as exercising is concerned, do anything that makes you sweat. (oo yeah ! :) ). A workout is only effective when you have to put in some effort to do a task. Eg. Lifting a 3kg weight for months might improve muscle tone, but increasing weights slowly over time will help you build muscles. Similarly, when you workout, on a treadmill, or an exercising bike, start at an easy level, and after a couple of days, increase the difficulty (speed of walking, tension on bike..). Keep at it till you build up a sweat, and do that for an hour. You could try pushing the difficulty level as far as you can go. Once you've found your limit, settle down in your niche, and continue your exercise routine.

And one more thing, if you drink a lot of Pepsi/Coke/... i suggest you stop, considering it is nothing more than sugar. It does no good for your body considering it has no Vitamins...., and contains roughly 6 Tea spoons of sugar in a 300ml volume.

I don't quite think that he wants to kill himself. It's just the weight if i'm correct :)

Basically I don't like Soft Drink but if some one offer than I can't say no as they offer me Cold drinks when I refuse to hot drinks;)

In last Whole month only 3 bottles of 500ml Thums Up is settle in my Stomach.

I like if we all keep this thread alive as 50% of us is working with PC and don't care towards physical activities and finally caught various problems due to overweight like me.

For e.g. I have swelling in my right leg Ankle from last 6 months till today I change 5 doctors all advise me to reduce weight one of them ask me to reduce my day to day food by 10-15% slowly.

I try but my Swelling is there intact, only reduce if I take Medicine but now I hate to eat all that tab and cap which I taking from last 6 months.

So to stop other members from such situation I try to alive this thread and welcome all suggestions.

Just keep posting your advise may be some one get help from our threads. Don't forget about myself as I am 1st one who get lots here today and Request for more.

How Greedy I am :hap2:
