Goldberg and Nash are gone for good. Goldberg was unhappy with Vince despite Vince giving him a win over Rock, a win at Wrestlemania, the main heavyweight title and despite that he said on some radio the WWE had misused him. Ungrateful bastard, lol. Same for Nash, the guy isn't stable.
And both Nathan Jones and The Rock left in their own will. 'The Rock' is still trademarked by WWE and Vince gets the pleasure of having 'Thanks To Vince Mcmahon' in the ending credits of every Rock movie for allowing Dwayne Johnson to use 'The Rock' for advertising the movies. But WWE's been experimenting with new talent, since there's no other organisation to competing with the WWE (TNA is not any threat to Vince yet) so they can have their lows and bad ratings without worrying about losing business to anyone.
