Tried deleting everything with DC Pro, and reinstalling the drivers.. no go. Any idea what I can do to solve this?

Probably hardware gone bad ? try plugging it another machine and try if it accepts the drivers and runs fine.

^Nopes.. just tried the latest Creative Vista drivers.
*shrug*.. not too much of an issue, as I only use Vista with a few apps, but still.. it's irritating.

By any chance did you do a BIOS update . Have you a track if at all if any windows updates might have taken place and if yes , what patches have been applied . ?
