Pre-Orders have already begun. Though the sites haven't specified any specific launch dates. It's retailing for about 138 AUD, which is almost 6.5k INR and a pretty huge amount, to be honest. It's best to wait for it's clones to arrive.

Ya thats a steep price.... Its rather cheap to get it modded by paying 2K. Though that may have certain drawbacks mainly not being able to go Live. But "MOST ppl" can live with it.
 
Usually happens with new products clones would be out in no time a GO thread would be happening. Sooner or latdr
 
There is no cost involved, if you learn to open up the console and do the flashing on your own. Also there is no certainty of how this device will fair against future MS dashboard updates.
 
Which one? 250GB X360S? Depends on the what drive it has. If it's Liteon 9504/0225/0401, then it will work. Rest are said to be work-in-progress for future firmware updates.

launch was supposed to be august end and it looks like august end is here..

anyone of you pre-ordered?
 
According to their website, the first stock ships out by the end of August to distributors. So probably the people who have pre-ordered this, would be able to provide first hand information on how good it actually is.
