theres an article on vr zone saying that most gtos cant be unlocked anymore with the exception of a few sapphire cards

I have no doubt you have everything possible there, I've just read of extreme price gouging in the UK, as well as in Europe/most of Asia... IF you can find them at all =/
(I.e.; the thing is going for 260 pounds in the UK... can you say ripoff?)
I was just under the general assumption it was slightly more difficult to obtain parts in India.
