I can't give you 10K back.. I've listed it for 9.5K+shipping & you've lowballed to 10K shipped.. I've shelled out 760rs just for the sake of getting it safe to you by opting for the premium shipping.. I could have easily get away in that case by opting for some real cheap courier which would cost me very less.. But i've opted for premium shipping just for the sake of smooth going of the deal.. Above you've made a cash deposit as opposed to a cheque as you told, which made the payment delayed by 3 days (in a situation where i was in urgent need) & the service charges was deducted from my side only..
I've mentioned you all the terms of the deal & now you are asking for a refund for no good reason..
Iam ready to refund you 9.5K (the price i've mentioned in the thread).. You can opt for any cheap courier from your side.. I don't care.. Just that it should reach me in proper shape..

i gave you +ve feedback as you were so co-operative and patient throughout the whole deal.. and the packing was awesome.. and i maintain this thing..

Its that a bit off from your part. he got abt 9300 from the sale. in total.
so if u go 50-50... even if u take the 700 bucks for ship.. he will have to pay you 9700...

I didn't even get that.. I've got only 9155rs out of the deal (plus a lot of headache).. 760rs for shipping the console + 25rs service charge of that cash deposit + 60rs for shipping the faceplate..

Both of you have made mistakes so both will have to incur some loss.shipping should be payed by sender ,you can send through dtdc surface just wrap good amount of bubble cover otherwise send it by gaiti they cost less.

You really don't know how much it will take it to reach from here to delhi via dtdc surface.. And the most important thing is that the way things are handled by DTDC suface.. Its almost sure that something like a console will reach there in pieces if i've opted for the DTDC surface..

^No offense but let the OP and Vinay settle the differences. Everyone may have different opinions on the trade and the respective traders so I suggest none of us venture into this. They can take this issue with the mods should something go wrong.

he told me that he is not having the bill so i would have to ask ms about it and also, he told me that other than that it is totally brand new, untouched, unmodded and ubanned.. what does that mean now??

so as of now, he is paying me back that amount and we will settle this thing..
bought it for 10k and will be getting 600 back..

I've already got a local buyer for 9.5K (incase he sends it back).. But he requested not for sending back.. Dnt want tht poor chap into any more hassles.. Still i adhere my stand in the warranty issue, its there.. So what iam doing is something for the sake of peace of mind for me.. Waiting for the acc details.. After sending in the amt, will post a screenie here.. Nobody posts any crap over here anymore..

Iam still damn sure that the console is still untouched.. Its not been opened for anything anytime..
Since i've made this refund for the sake of warranty, tear off that warranty sticker off the console.. Since you've already claimed it be to be out of warranty, do it if you want prove yourself that you are not at all satisfied with the condition of the warranty sticker & it serves no purpose for claiming the warranty..
I expect you to post a pic of the console with the torn off warranty sticker (with a paper piece nearby with your te id written).. I could have posted it before, but back then everyone would suspect me of trying to fool/trick you.. No do it if you want to prove your out of warranty claim..

can't u talk sensibly sometime.. and if u r so much concerned about that sticker part, come by yourself or send an agent of yours and it'll get confirmed that it is actually tempered with..
as u said that u got it from a friend and u also told me that he opened the xbox once for checking and then u got it.. so it must have happnd there.. he must have been playing with the seal or wanted to open the console, and while doing this it happened and he fooled u.. what say??
