XBOX ONE becomes backward compatible

Hello Friends,

Any one is part of the Xbox Preview members. Need an Invite so that I can test the XBOX 360 Games backward compatibility on my new XBOX One.

I am currently quite pissed off with the Sony India support for PS4. They suck. I am not sure how Xbox support is but MS surely had faired pretty well with my queries on Win10 and below. So yeah want to move onto Xbox for the first time :)

What went wrong ?
Completely OT but let me just put it here -
2 things -
1) Weirdest system called AVS (address validation system) that haunts user to have the address registered with the bank to be given exactly as it is (is it case sensitive too?) in the PSN to add a credit/debit card to your account ---- I have done this after checking with the bank literally word to word and comas but still couldnt get the validation passed. So no PS+ for my Indian account. Had to create USA account and get help from frns to get my PS+ to play Division.

2) IP ban on random networks, unexplained issue ----- My frnds ip (ofcourse its ISP's IP) is banned and so he is not able to play online. When contacted Sony they are stalling it asking for 48 hrs everytime they respond. Seem to have no resolution flowing so far. Now my frn is forced to change his ISP.

Overall, its not the issues that I am pissed off on, but the service or responses on the issue that pisses me off. They do not look to be in control and I dont see them to fix these for us.

@avi - When? Please post source.

@rakesh_ic - Point 2 seems to be affecting a few people but Point 1? I didn't face any such issues infact I initially used my dad's credit card and when I got my own credit card I used that and it had my office address at that time and my PSN account has my home address. So I am not really sure if this was implemented recently which causes issues as I didn't face it back then.

This AVS thing got introduced in Dec 2015. Its hurting the masses who have tried getting their cards working with PSN after that.
