Because once while this offer was going on I recharged my xbox account with some money and they suddenly stopped it.
Lost some money back then.
When again this offer came out I tried it and got the pass for 3 years.
So besure it the offer is available.

Main reason is that OP wants a F2F deal. And price is slightly on the higher side.
One can easily get XSX brand new for 50k on Amazon with some added bank discount. Supply is not that scarce anymore.
OP should price it around 42k for fast sale.

Still works, but it is 3 years for 4.5k now. The 32 months for 2.1-2.5k was the cheapest one that only worked for a few days in October 2021.
