Actually even if you buy from Indian market Xbox 360 accessories have no warranty unless bought from a Microsoft registered seller. Console itself is fine, accessories (like Xbox 360 HDD, Headset, controller etc) is not.

A few weeks ago (around Jan) I had a problem with my 360 controller which was about 2 months old and called up MS. They told me they would only offer warranty if the controller was purchased from a MS registered seller and even then I would have to scan and send them the bill for the same.

Oh and lastly, accessories have a 90 day warranty AFAIK. Might be wrong about that one though.
 
^Nope, that's true. The accessories warranty period has been revised by MS and it's now 90 days. It doesn't matter where you buy the controller from, you just need a valid bill stating the date of purchase to claim the warranty. I had got mine from a shitty shop at Lamington road and it got replaced while in warranty period.

cause it is full working condition, but i forgot to buy the receiver controller for pc but i dont have any xbox360 console that why i am sell it :| , cause brand from Microsoft seller cost around 3k an bomb well i want to know that is it was 90 day warranty depend on without bill of purchase :|
 
You obviously won't get a bill from the grey market, so Indian Warranty won't be there. Besides, grey market is FILLED TO THE BRIM with fake Xbox 360 controllers.
