Need to do some VM work. Any suggestions are welcome as well.

Usage - light VMs running W2008 R2 for testing multi-AD deployment for MCSE

Budget - not exceeding 20K.

Location - Mumbai.
 
Mate no need for any xeon or a hi end config. You can do that on regular amd and intel desktop platforms as well.
Just make sure you have ample of ram--min. 8gb or so.
Gpu not essential but a basic one will make sure you get to use the whole installed ram.

Look around for used quad phenoms or i3s.

A friend use to practise on a Intel c2d with 8gb ram hassle-free!
