PC Peripherals xfx 7600gs + razer krait OR xfx 7600 gt xxx edition????????

Hey,
guys should i get a 7600gs and a razer krait or a 7600 gt xxx edition from tigerdirect.com, :S the problem is the budget of around 150$,
i know that dx10 is around the corner, but still wadya say???? :huh:
 
Get the 7600GT... I am sure a Dx 10 mid end card wont be available as soon as it launches and at the same time it will be expensive...
 
Dude i would suggest for the first option get 7600gs and Razer Krait
reasons (since you are waiting for DX10 cards)
suppose you go with option 1 you get the card which you can part off with later and a nice mouse and DX10 so in the end you have a nice DX10 card and a nice mouse

Now if you go with option two then in the end you get only a DX10 card

So IMO go for option 1 also there are few games at the moment which one would like to play.
 
It actually depends on you. I would have got a Geforce 7600GT + Microsoft Intellimouse or Comfort 3000 or Logitech MX 518 in case you get that much cheaper.
 
If you really want the mouse, get the 7600GS. Also you can try to get a DDR3 edition of the 7600GS. Those perform very closely to the 7600Gt non-oc.

I have used Razers is the past. Nice mice! :D

stay away from the xxx version..... just tested it. I'd say go with a regular 7600GT. btw dunno where you are from but the forsa 7600GT is a sweet card, costs 8800 bucks here (meaning India), and that's MRP, street prices will be less.... got a great cooler too..
 
Razer are excellent mice. Is'nt the krait like the copperhead with lower dpi? the buttons on the copperhead still make me delirious. The rails were a bit awkward though.
 
Thnx guys, Made up my mind , getting a 7600 gt here in india maybe forsa or a leadtek as tthey oc betta! The krait can wait till halo 2 comes out on the pc.:eek:hyeah:
 
^^Yup its an Xpertvision OEM and has a much better cooler. The Forsa cooling isnt bad either i think, comes with a Zalman cooler IIRC
 
Even the ones sold as zebronics, are palit/xpertvision OEM's , though expensive at around Rs.9700...Forsa cooling is good, but it requires seperate power connector.
