Go with the XFX.

You might struggle with availability though, it appears to be out of stock.

If I am not wrong, the XFX is a re branded Seasonic unit and that should be enough to seal the deal. Add a better efficiency rating and modular cabling and it should be a no brainer.

Only the 'Core Edition' sells here, which is fully wired.

You don't want to take a risk with xfx A.S.S so it's better to go with Corsair which has great TX650V2 psu easily available and corsair has great A.S.S

Look at it this way.

If Rashi is being combative before you have even bought the unit, how keen will they be to help you once you actually have bought it and face a problem?

Frankly, I don't buy anything supported by Rashi anymore. Which means the very good Asus boards along XFX cards and supplies are off my list. I actually make it a point to research if they will be (not) supporting a product I buy, and if they do(n't), well neither do I. Call it bitter experiences thrice over.

The XFX is a better PSU. PERIOD. However, the ASS and the availability, RMA problems etc make the case better in favor of Corsair, the corsair is pretty decent too. If you want something comparable to XFX, you will need an AX or at least HX from Corsair or X series from Seasonic.
