U guys can also get Gigabyte 5870 for 22k shipped via KMD .... (diwali spcl 10% Discount offer from KMD :D:D), and i think Gigabyte has International Warranty too.

btw, cud u plz measure the card for me? I might upgrade in less than a year[yeah one year :(], and afraid if it ll fit in my cabby. Heard its longer than GTX 295 or 4870 X2 by almost one inch. Is that true?

Nah m8, its not that long.
Itx exactly 27cms in length. It just 2-3cms longer than normal ATX motherboard. So it will fit in most mid tower cases with ease.
 
My god 27 cms. I'll have to upgrade both my Corsair 450 VX and maybe jump onto HAF 932. Hmm...

Anyway congrats Shri. Very eager to read ur review on this monster card.
