Xolo has finally announced its new smartphone Q1000s which it was teasing since few days on Facebook. The Q1000s is just 6.98mm thick and comes with 5 inch HD display.
The Q1000S is powered by 1.5GHz quad-core Mediatek MTK 6589T 1.5GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and packs 16GB internal storage without expansion slot. It runs Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS.
There is 13MP rear camera with BSI 2 sensor with LED flash and 1080p video recording support and a 5MP front facing camera with BSI sensor.
Like other Indian smartphone manufacturers, Xolo is also rebranding Chinese smartphones, after searching we found that the Xolo Q1000S is just a rebranded Green Orange GO N1 which looks same and has same specs. The Green Orange N1 is listed here for $320. It also comes in 2GB RAM with 32GB memory variant but Xolo has gone with the 1GB + 16GB variant.

Xolo has not announced the price of Q1000S yet but it is expected to be priced somewhere around Rs 17000-18000. Overall the smartphone is pretty decent and if they can price it well, it will be a good option to consider over Canvas 4 which has nothing much to offer as upgrade over the Canvas HD for the higher price.
